Today we are visiting with veteran sugarmaker Clifford Nightingale in Galway, N.Y. who was right in the heart of the big Nor'Easter this week that dumped two feet of snow in his sugarbush, slowing down his season. Nightingale, who is tapping about 2,100 this year, says the snow will cool down the trees, but many of them had started to bud already and the end might not be far away ...
