We are visiting with Steve Holt of Steve's Sugar Shack in Westhampton, Mass. Holt has made almost 70 gallons so far in this young season off of 1,000 taps and his sugarhouse pancake restaurant—which many Bay State sugarhouses feature—has been packed with crowds on weekends.
