On the Scene: Cornell opens new research facility featuring dual Leader Evaporators

Leader Evaporator Co. won the bidding process to supply dual 3x10 evaporators to the new Cornell Maple Program research facility in Van Etten, N.Y. Cornell Maple Program co-director Aaron Wightman says the two evaporators allows Wightman to conduct controlled trials with one evaporator acting as the control and the other as the experiment. The new facility opened on July 29 with $500,000 in state funding.
