On the Scene: Boiling at Silloway Maple

Brothers David and Paul Lambert of Silloway Maple in Randolph Center, Vt. are cruising so far this season, making 800 gallons in February off their 6,210 taps. It was their best February by far and a common theme with sugarmakers throughout New England, New York the Mid-Atlantic and parts of the Midwest.
